As you all know .. I am always actively seeking to improve our league and am responsible for all of the Repo actions of last season.

I am still working to get the reorganization completed so that we will have the best season ever next season in EE Pro .. but there are problems. I will post exactly what I sent support .. its not terribly nice for certain teams, but its all in the best interest of the league.

Thorn responded and said that he sent it up the chain .. which I guess means Bort. So we can hope that action will be taken, at LEAST for Silesia.

Subject: EE Pro is Not Done Being Reorganized, Please Keep Working!

To: Thorn

EE Pro still has 8 teams that are questionable in it .. of that 5 are completely non-competitive and the other 4 are still quite questionable and will be pounded this season with improved competition.

Minsk Koats (Completely Non-Competitive)
http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=353
They lost by 30-50 to any team that had a pulse in their division last season, they might look decent on paper because they played so many awful teams, but they are completely non-competitive in a Pro league, particularly now that there are less cupcakes.

Gen. Patton's Demon Brigade (Will implode Before Day 10, Season 6)
http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=350
All the players besides the owner have not been offered new contracts and will expire in the first 5 days of Season 6, I have been in regular contact with members of their team and they are poised to fold. They should be demoted before they gut. Talk with agent Peldon, he has been a GM for the past several seasons and is the only one who talks from that team. Regardless, this team lacks depth and was not competitive in the league, the only reason they were a playoff team is that with so many other horrible teams, SOMEONE had to make the playoffs and they had enough elite or good talent to beat teams that didnt gameplan, or care and had even less talent, also getting 9 wins when 6 teams are CPU means that only 3 teams have to be worse than you are .. and they are also on this list.

USSR Goons (AAA Level, but not Pro Level)
http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=348
This team's closest loss to a team that actually belongs in EE Pro was by 16 points, average was 35-50 point losses. Similarly to Minsk, they have somewhat of a decent points for and against because there were approximately 8 gutted teams in EE Pro Alpha last season, so its easy to score points. They are a solid AAA team or POSSIBLY a pro team .. but its very iffy .. there are certainly more deserving teams below them. They made the playoffs, because SOMEONE had to with all the gutted teams and teams such as the Chairmen below, who just arent even trying.

Washington Chairmen (Completely Non-Competitive)
http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=381
ONE win the entire season against a team that wasnt a CPU team, otherwise loss after non-competitive loss. This has become a two man team and they havent recruited any new talent since Season 2, that didnt belong to the two agents that remain. That wouldnt be bad if that talent was competitive, but its not. They have no arguement to be a Pro team, their loss to the previously mentioned USSR Goons by 15 says that they have even less of a case than that marginal team.

Amsterdam Hallucinations (Completely Non-Competitive)
http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=347
Also wholly non-competitive, their average loss to a team that is still in EE Pro 40-60 points, they are a competitive AA level team at best. All 4 of their wins were against CPU teams. And they lost 45-0 against Demon Brigade (listed above) who has limited depth, doesnt gameplan and is falling apart. Again, it would be hard to know exactly HOW bad teams were in our league if you didnt ask someone who is actually here, but this team is an AA team at best and should be relegated.

Silesia Miners (EMERGENCY Completely Non-Competitive)
http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=396
This team has beat just enough teams in the past 3 Seasons not to get relegated, but never to be competitive. After Bort banned 90% of their team after I discovered they were all multiaccounts in Season 2, they limped on, but have never recruited new players for the past 3 Seasons. Their average loss is by ONE HUNDRED points, had anyone looked at this team or asked anyone who knows anything about our league, they would have dropped this team to A level. Their only two wins were against CPU teams. Please out of all of the teams on this list get rid of this team finally.

GLB Gods (Completely Non-Competitive)
http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=1492
This team is not a Pro level team, their losses are from 20-80 points, their only wins .. two CPU teams, one team yall demoted to AAA level and the team above, who lost every real game by 100. This team will get slaughtered in our new conference. Our new conference has 13 competitive teams, they are going to lose every game by 80 and probably change ownership for the 3rd time in 3 seasons. It would be better for the team to at least be dropped to AAA level where they had somewhat of a chance.

Croatian Sensations (Completely Non-Competitive)
http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=372
40-80 point losses against anyone who is now in EE Pro, they beat 4 CPU teams and the other two Zeta teams on this list (Silesia and GLB) otherwise they got murdered, they will be completely non-competitive in EE Pro Zeta this season and would be better off at the AAA level where they have a chance.

Look .. I begged yall to please do this right, a macro wasnt going to fix anything, you needed to ask someone who cares about their region to work on things and say who actually belongs and who doesnt. These teams dont belong and what you are going to do by allowing them to stay .. particularly the (Completely Non-Competitive) is skew stats and cause more teams to feel hopeless and gut. If these teams are demoted, they might have a chance to win games and build on their success, but as it is, these teams will only exist this season as punching bags for the strengthened conferences .. but with 5 teams in Alpha that still dont belong, you just fixed it from 8 really bad teams to 5.

If yall could please message support and also say that you support FINISHING the reorganization of EE Pro .. I would appreciate it. There are still teams here, particularly in Alpha who just wont have a chance this season. Its not that I dont like the owners of these teams, I could care less about that, I just want teams to have a chance to compete and win games, if that means that team should play in AAA, AA or A, then so be it, its better for their team if they play in a league where they can compete, because you cant build a stadium or recruit if your team is always losing.

Also it seems that Demon Brigade is done, Psychonaut has moved or retired all of his players and all that is left is a few people. I suggested it would be good manners to release his players such that they would have a better chance to find a team, as the player market is wide open right now and there would be tons of choices, but once the season starts, particularly with these newer competitive leagues, teams are going to be less apt to make roster moves. The teams that will want to make roster moves during the season will be crappy ones that no one really wants to play for.

Randy - I didn't want to say this, but since the topic came up...

Amsterdam and my team have been approved of a swap. I was informed 2 days ago. Not sure when it's going to be effective.

Let's not make this thread about my team deserving or earning the spot. I'm just trying to be informative here.

edit - maybe if more folks in my shoes that have already worked out a swap can get documented here, we may see that EE Pro will be competitive afterall. I still think the admins intentionally left the work to us, since we know our leagues better than they do, and better than a computer program cannot be reasonably written. Just MHO there

Thanks, Randy. Last year was a huge bore for us. Hell, I think we lost four or five guys to inactivity because they forgot the game existed =/

I figured we would see how the season with RARs and Chernobyl shakes out, but yall werent so highly competitive either (except for the 17pt loss at the end of the season to LRC), that being said .. why is your chem still so low? Did you make more moves? Plus or minus? I havent been following roster moves as much as usual with all these new teams and some teams still leaving and whatnot.

Once the season starts Ill start to get to know everyones roster like usual.

Our chem is pretty damn low, we should be able to recover though in time for playoffs

Ah yes, I know that yall have recruited more and new players, SGA has also recruited a few .. or at least 2, but I was mostly wondering if Chernobyl had a + or - effect recruiting wise from their chem hits, I will assume that SGA and LRC's chem hits were because of positive additions, as have been Prague's

Ours took a pretty decent hit too, but I'll be alright
