I'm gonna boost 3x on the first day of the upcoming season should I put em all in speed? Also, when I boost i'll get to upgrade equipment where should i put that?

There are other things that you are missing that are way more important then speed right now. You are a LVL 22 not 32.

it's looking pretty good. A little off for my tastes. But yeah pump up speed and agility to 60 natural.

Looks OK, but SAs are way way too low. Refocus your equipment to all be in +speed, and get Super Vision & Shutdown Coverage to at least 4 base (5 with custom) ASAP. Once those are done, I'd say work on Super Vision 9, 2nd cap Agility, and 2nd cap Speed, in whichever order you want.

If I were you, I'd go a little less on the SA's I currently have no SA's and am doing well for my level in a league in which everyone is of a higher level. Perhaps It would be smart to put a few points into SA's however
