Where do you all think I should spend next season's points? I'll have 20 total--15 from boosting and five from levelling up that will occur the first night we get XPs for training.

I'm guessing my guy's workload will be split 70-30 with the 70 part being a blocking back, but I'd like to be rather dynamic with the carries I get. I'm not opposed to spending points on blocking, but I'm more inclined to spend them on speed and agility and assume that my blocking will be sufficient for a AA season. Let me know what you guys think.

I'm not going to give actual advice to someone of your level..but it would help others if your build was open.

Strength. Get it up higher and your SAs will start to become more useful (especially power thru). Other than that, I'd try to cap carrying and vision. Your strength should at least be 80+ at your level IMHO.

I agree with warlock but I believe you are not in a bad spot right now. Get your strength to 80 speed to 60. That is what I am going to do at least.

TANGENTAL QUESTION RELATED TO TRAINING: Do any of you have any speculation whether tossing some quick-reward training to non-essential skills actually impacts your player's performance? For example, it would take me only 2 training sessions to increase my "Jumping" ability from 11.24 to 12.24--a 8.8 percent increase in that ability. For any essential skill, it would take far longer than 2 days to get a 8.8 percent improvement in skill rating. But "Jumping" is a non-essential for a FB. Is it a waste of time to take the "easy" increase, or worth the lark of doing so? Feel free to provide your guesses!

Jumping and tackling will both help if you do any KOS special teams work, and after turnovers. Throwing, kicking, and punting won't be worth the training points you spend on them, though, even if all your other skills were in the 80s.

Jumping helps, as has been pointed out, for tackling and D4Y. It also has a small effect on catching ability, although it only matters if you get thrown to a decent amount.

I think it's worth spending some training on, say, Jumping/Catching once you've got your major attributes softcapped as well as stamina/confidence at 30+. Like you say, getting a few points there is quick, and it does have *some* use.

I just glanced, didn't notice catching was only 25. Its definitely worth training until the early 30s.

You definitely need strength, dude. My level 13 has the same strength as your 34.

your level 13 is probably slow as balls too. You cant judge builds on single attributes, but I do agree that it could be a little bit higher.
