How should the Depth Chart look concerning WRs?

3.Speed?
4.Balanced?
5.HB?

I'd go for

1)Possession

Now either have your fast guy at 2) or if you want to make it more tricky have your main threat WR at 3 so some mismatches can be created.

1)Speed

1) Balanced/Best Build

3) Possession
4+5) Doesn't matter, best builds first.

I'd somewhat agree with this, except that the #4 slot does matter and you should put a fast guy there. On my team we play my speed HB at WR#4 and he's caught quite a few long passes from that position.
