Well considering his pass rushing scouting bar is 33 I'd imagine his speed is somewhere around 35-40. Serious speed? come on now. Seriously.

Strength and agility affect a DE's "bar" much more than speed. My DE with 78 speed has a poor pass rushing bar as well.

Think you've fallen prone to a case of hasty generalization. Happens to the best of us.
