Anyone care to guess who's moving up, who's staying, and who might be the power houses next season? I'll take a stab at it tomorrow.

what happens if a team that is getting promoted throws in the towel?

So, are they totally restructuring the leagues, meaning, could a gutted team in USA Pro drop down to USA BBB? And could high performer in USA BBB move up to USA AA or something like that?

No, I think it's the "more promotions" type of thing. All the CPU's in the leagues above us will be sent to BBB, and they'll promote up 1 step in the ladder. Pro will draw from AAA to fill slots of CPU's AND teams relegated. AAA from AA and the like. It will be interesting to see how many slots trickle down to BBB #1. I can't imagine it will be more than the top 2 from each conference, but maybe I'm wrong.

It depends on when they throw it in. If it's before promotions/relegations are processed, they'll be completely reset like the rest of the cpus and dropped to the bottom of the league. If they sell off after the promotions/relegations, then they'll be stuck where they are and get dropped after season 6.

Wrong, at least 1, maybe 2 current cpu teams will end up in our league.

Correct, ALL cpu teams are dropped to the bottom and reset to a default status, even if it's a team sold back in the USA Pros. Binger is also correct in that the promotions/relegations are going to be eccelerated too. Additionally, the admins will be manually looking for any slow build teams that should be in a lower league. Owner requests to move down or up will be reviewed on a case by case basis, but this is at the bottom of the priority list for this aspect.

Isnt it easy enuf to match up like build teams in each region and put everybody in Pro, AAA, AA, etc by the strength of their build.

As long as its not by the matchup ratings, I don't think those use depth at all, I think its just starters.

BTW what happened to Minnesota? they just left all quite like....

Yes, but you'll piss off too many people for breaking up rivalries and teams that have high leveled players, but are just chuck full of crap builds and bad coordinators are just going to get pounded on. Not to mention that some teams are finally on the cusp of realistically winning a championship next season and manually making everyone even levels would rip that away from too many teams.
