I know there are a few mistakes in the build, but I'm not gonna retire him and I'm not really upset with his production thus far, just looking for some outside opinions on where to go with his next 15 SPs.

Speed is a natural 51.37 I'm thinking that will hit 52 with the 3 boosts natural leveling. So my plan right now is to take speed to the second soft cap. (I plan on using the bonus tokens for a temp boost for game 1 anyway so I'll get the 16th SP from that)
Any different suggestions?
