As far as I can tell Forced Fumbles are completely random.

I have it at 3 on my MLB and have yet to notice a difference from 0, 1, and 2.

I've seen a guy with 11 in monster hit cause no fumbles.

Seems pretty worthless to me. My guy forced more fumbles before adding points in.

not particularly high, nor low. same as the other two linebackers who are much faster and each have 3 forced fumbles.

So basically don't worry about monster hit. Focus on strength and tackling.

I wouldn't do that either. I much prefer speed and agility, as long as str and tck are not completely neglected.
