Check this out. By their math it'd mean the first round and second round losers would all stay here. Honestly, this year sucked enough with the 6 games we won by 50+. Toss out Mich/Seattle/MD and replace with three more gut jobs and over half my schedule is bullshit games not worth playing. The re-org had better not do this. I know my team may be reading this, but I'll be damned if I'll pay for the kind of crap. They will all be traded to teams of their choice and the Kittens shut down if we get three MORE gut jobs.

my guess is all the playoff teams will be in at least League A next season. i wouldnt worry too much. lots of gutted teams. lots of teams breaking up. i think bbb is pretty much all going to be rebuilds.

by that guys guestimate., 160+ teams will be moving up.. there are a total of 480 teams in bbb.. id say about half are rebuilders already. again, my guess is a lot of us will be together next season,

But by that guys math, wouldn't you fall in this category?
"There are also about 155 11-5 teams or better that should be promoted to USA A."

also, by bort's previous post you have the following in your favor:
regular season wins: you've got plenty
post season appearances: you've got a few of those
post season wins: you've got some
blowout losses: eh.. you've got several of those too, but you also have..
blowout wins: of which you have your fair share

The admin post is gone now, but it listed all the stuff going into promotion.. and i think the kittens pretty easily fit into the "move up" category.

Sorry- should have specified that it was later in the discussion where they discussed only 28 non championship teams. I guess I shouldn't worry till it happens. It would just piss me off to no end having to play 9 Albany-esque games.

Also Michigan is the only teams that absolutely owns us. We are Little Brother to your Mike Hart. As long as we can avoid you and Rochester next season we should be in every game.

Rochester?

hah.. you think that's bad, imagine being Albany. Most of us (as in original BBB2 teams) were lucky and we came up at the same time so we've always been on a semi even keel with each other. Albany had to go into god knows how many games knowing they were going to get blasted.

The only problem there is currently is I'm not sure if the rebuilding teams are auto-flagged for regulation. I asked support and he just copy/pasted the Admin Announcement about it.

Thanks... not like I told you I had read it and it wasn't clear, thanks.

Wouldn't the staggering loses of 50-100+ points be a dead giveaway?

Myeah. I can't speak for the rest of C^3, but my personal greatest fear is that we get stuck here and all the competition moves up. Sadly, going out first round of playoffs makes that seem somewhat likely currently. I guess it all depends on how many teams they dump down. Reading that thread quoted above it seems no one really has a clue on what is going to happen at this point.

Well from what i heard there are a bunch of teams coming down all gutted teams..

Subtracting all the teams that win... they teams that made the playoffs in each BBB will be upgraded to the next level.

I'd assume so... however the Admin Announcement says nothing about auto-regulation.

Only CPU teams and teams REQUESTING regulation (via support) go down. Uncompetitive teams that don't PM Support... its unclear on that

From what I was told, even recently bought teams are being reviewed to be placed or moved to other leagues.

They said they will look at the players and the team itself to see if it should be relegated or sent to a rebuilding league.

not that I really want to nitpick, but it's typically relegation, not regulation.
