I'm shopping him for a starting position with a lvl 21 capped league, although the possibility exists that I may have to take him to one of the teams I GM. If you've got a player (FS, DE, LB or TE) of equivalent value you'd be willing to sign as a reserve to the Amsterdam team I GM, that would certainly increase the likelihood you land Verne for a season.
As far as Verne's demands ... nothing special really, just 700 trillion dollars a year, all the beer I can drink and a condo in Tuscany.
