If I create an input, and then under that input have say 2-3 outputs/plays.

What should the %'s be? I mean do they need to equal 100%? SHould all of them be 100%?

What if 1 is 100% and the other 50%? I just want to make sure plays inputed are used properly.

Or does it mean if I had all 2-3 plays set to 100% does it simply mean that 100% of the time it will pick one of those 2-3 plays?

I believe Bort said it adds up the total %'s used, i.e. Play 1, 100%; Play 2, 100%; Play 3, 50% would equal 250%. Each play is then based on that total, i.e. Play 1 40% [100%/250%], Play 2 40% [100%/250%], Play 3 20% [50%/250%].

Adding up to 100% just makes the math easier for you.

so if we put 3 plays and it's 100 each, then each has like a 33.3 chance?

yes...

think it even comment about this at the top of the def AI page, saying the ratios will be kept even if total percentage is above or below 100

So if the total percentages are equal to 100 then will it use your ratios?

Such as
Input 1
Output 1 50%
Output 2 25%
Output 3 25%

If Input 1 runs 4 times then by the above logic Output 1 gets 2 plays, Output 2 gets 1 play, and Output 3 gets 1 play.

Is this right? If so why would you want to set two outputs at 100 and one at 50?

This is correct.

It defaults to 100% each time you make an output. This may just be in case of error.
