I can boost to 23, but I'm not sure if the capped leagues can sign anyone that high. I'm fairly active and I help GM a team. Buck has a great build and is looking for significant playing time. I want assurance that equipment upgrades are cover by the team of course.

I found out the cap is LVL 21. I'm going to boost to 21 as soon as I see some interest.
