There are a bunch of threads about this.
You want one that will help a CB. Look for things like DEFLECT BALL %. Also, don't settle; get one with a CB SA attached to it, i.e. DEFLECT BALL % + SWAT BALL.

Finding the right piece of equip for a CB is extremely difficult, seldon will you find a +attribute and +5% deflect/intercept...So its a long journey but may be worth all the wasted shopping tokens after improving it enough.
CBs with MonsterHit could also do very well, since its geared to be critical against players with low carrying, which is just about every WR in the game.
