If you set the basic blitz percentage to zero, but you have certain plays set for 1-2 blitzers each at 100 percent blitz chance, will they blitz?

I'm a little bit confused about how the basic blitz settings interact with the individual play settings.

Set basic to 100% blitz.

I only know the Advanced AI, sorry.

Advanced AI will override basic settings.

I also know it to be the case. AI will override basic settings unless you put "use basic settings"
