If i make a TE,would it be any useful ?WOuld people want any new TE's???ARe they in high,avergae demand?Or i just wasting my flex points???Would i be involved with the team i choose?

TEs are always pretty much in average demand.
Your involvement with the team all depends on how much you want to be involved and how much the team owner lets you.
