I've often struggled with setting game energy correctly or the results have just not been what I wanted. What advanced energy setting would you suggest, so that two equal players basically split time? What would you use, if you want your starter playing almost non-stop? Any general advice on the issue? I'd really appreciate your input.

Split time is 98/99
Almost non stop try 35/65

If you're worried about split time, 98/99 is the way to go. If you alternate starters every game, its even better.

Thanks guys, I didn't think it would have to be that close like 98/99 but I'll definitely try it. Does it not take too long for the guy to come back, if I set it to 35/65? I've always used a ten point spread to give them some time to rest but not too much and five points when I wanted more substitution. Hope you can give me even more advice, this is really one part of the game I seem to struggle with.

the lower the sub-out number, the longer the starter will remain in. If it's 35, he may not be subbed out until the second half. That means your backup won't get much time at all.

The larger the split between the Out energy and the IN energy..the longer it will take for that starter to come back as well..but he will be less tired when he comes back. (thats prob obvious info..but ya never know what people know and what people dont know, there may be some 10 year olds in here that need help too)

If you are SURE you want your starter in non stop you could just go with 10/11 heh
He will go out when he is at his lowest level of energy possible and come back in when he gets ANY energy back. I wouldnt ever suggest this though because he will be damn near worthless when he gets to that energy level.

Well, I think my energy lvls are all pretty high, the lowest sub out is 60 on my unit. What exactly happens, when the energy gets lower, does a player simply become slower or how is that calculated?
