D league
Plays on relaxed and combo always:

http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=845681

Plays from last game:
http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=171689&pbp_id=9510572

Is this because of vision? He looks like he is gonna be tackled by the NT, but he stops, and moves to the "better" lane away from the NT and LB:
http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=171689&pbp_id=9512284

Spooky. He cuts away from the open hole (where a LB is waiting) and its like he knows that the LT will break through and block the closer LB...sixth sense?:

It seems like vision guys know exactly where to run to give the defense less of a chance to tackle you. I have girlish strength, and my agility sucks. i just bought custom equip today BTW, so my agility was 6 less for this game:

I think vision was never broken, but it allows you to see the closest threat and move AWAY from him.

He is for sale as well. Has 3 boosts let and will naturally be level 13 b the end of the season. So You can sign him at level 13, I boost and you have a level 16 on a level cap team. Backup HB and return man. I know my stamina and carrying suck, but I want to milk as much training as I can before I use my boost points there.

yeah, but he is a level 12....you put any of your level 12s in an AA or AAA league, and they won't do anything special. Also I am playing on the relaxed setting. What's your point? Does the league matter that much when you are that low of a level.

If you want you can sign him to your team for the scrimmages and then cut him once the playoffs are over.

Ok, here is a similarly built HB (capped vision a while ago) and is an elusive build:
IN AN AA LEAGUE, I think you know which one Bukowski.

HB sees no hole then changes direction WOW: My Vision HB build does the same stuff. I think vision IS fixed.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=206183&pbp_id=10833709

My HB with high vision but lvel 12 runs through people like this as well:
http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=206183&pbp_id=10836657

his HB is level 25, while the D line and LBs he was playing against were level 33-36.

That HB is running on combo. How many guys have vision capped and ran on elusive style? Maybe vision is the holy grail for elusive builds. YOu would think that is true because real elusive players have good vision.

There has never been anything wrong with vision, the problem was with elusive running and stutter stepping.

In the D-Leagues, vision will prolly work well... There aren't enough good players to make you 'over think' and end up stutter stepping yourself into a five yard loss...

But as you move up in leagues, the amount of high leveled players increase dramatically.. which will make vision useless...

Vision makes you think too much. Which makes the RB stutter step.. Cause he trying to think about where he's going to go..

LOW vision makes you plow right into defenders, no stuttering, but hey, you just get tackled. SOME vision combined with elusive running makes you start stutter stepping, your HB is trying to avoid a tackler, he can see him coming, he just can't quite figure out how. GOOD vision, 35+, your HB will start finding the gaps, if hes got the speed and agility to exploit the gaps he can now see, he'll be a weapon.

Hasn't worked that way for my back so far. 40 vision, high SAs and spd/agi, when I set him to elusive he spends too much time waiting for a block or insisting on running through a specific spot when he could pick up 6+ through a different hole.

I think you need to have vision capped. Is 40 speed enough for a HB? Hell no!! Is 40 agility good enough for a HB? If you are a power HB, then yes, but you won;t break many tackles.

I had a theory that if your HB had vision to the second cap with first capped agility and speed (equip in agility so it seems second capped)...then we will start getting somewhere.

So far its working. But I need more time to get the SP to report back to you guys about having second capped vision.

I will be the guinea pig, but I see promise in the theory.

ANd I agree with everything JSS says. Thats what made me try this experiment. Now if anyone wants to sign my HB becore he gets over level 13...that would be great He still has 3 boosts and is level 12. but I want to see if I can get signed to a level cap team, first before i use the boosts...better for the level cap team. THey sign a level 13 and the next day he is level 16.

P.S. thanks for being reasonable and not saying that I am an idiot. But I know that everyone here wants to know how a vision build would do. We all want answers to that question.

Why? On relaxed, you get less XP per play.

BTW, I don't think vision was ever broken. It was the elusive running style that was (is?) the problem.

From the newbie guide i read that the only thing was that instead a 0% or 10% boost in your attributed, your atibutes are "fined" 10%. Thats all.

But I was having 48 plays per game, so I capped my SP every game. Maybe the elusive running was broken...or maybe it isn't. Maybe you needed capped or double capped vision to make it work. Take a look at the team I GM, the Chihuahuas. We have a vision HB and he averaged the most YPC of the other 2 HBs we have. ANd we did in the conference finals against the best rush defense in the conference.

You would have gotten more XP on normal unless your # of plays dropped significantly. The information you read is wrong.

Here is the XP gain for four players created Season 5 Day 0, each playing >50 plays in the first three games this season...

Normal = 558, 557, 529
Normal = 556, 564, 529
Hard = 563, 554, 525
Relaxed = 505, 504, 492
