The team I'm playing in our final game has a CB with 35 sacks. It looks like he lines him up as a NB and blitzes on a certain play in 3 WR sets.

I think this is the play: It's the 3 WR Single Back Play "curls left." IF you watch closely there are 4 CB's on the play, He Blitzes from the 3rd CB spot while the 4rd CB covers the receiver as the HB is running a route it leaves the QB completely open for the sack.

And again a sack where he is hidden by the 3rd CB

Anybody have any advice on how to counter this? The TE appears to be wide open every time this happens, is there a way to exploit this?

Speed kills.

The success is the MLB in on the blitz, as well, thereby keeping the RG in place. Its a nice play.

Weakness: TE on an SS and the FS has to come up to defend the HB going out. It looks as though the CB has enough SPEED to get to the QB before the receivers are ready. In the third play you posted, he got the ball off.

If the receiver catches it, they are most likely off to the endzone as there's no one playing back.

WARNING! I have never tried this before.

He is using a 6 man blitz apparently only versus the single-back formation so it is hard to control what your team does. Mayeb one or all of these may help

1) Use a TE as primary for medium passes to help the QB find him quickly. Avoid the long pass if possible (since setting long with TE primary is not advisable).
2) Use a +5 Booost to your QB vision to allow him to get rid of the ball quickly.
3) Allow dumping the ball to the HB, his FS is not too good.
4) Make sure your LT is on pass focus

But without some upgrade to the offensive AI, if your players are not build to stop a curtain blitz, than you have limited options.

All of those seem like viable options, I appreciate the feedback. Most of those I already have in place, and I definitely would like to find a way to get the ball to the TE in those situations, because it appears to be an easy first down. However, I don't know if I want to make them the primary option on all medium passes. We really need more options for offensive AI.

Using TE as primary for medium passes works well for my team. It is a good technique versus a cover 2 defense, however may backfire versus cover 1 or cover 3.

Also my QB doesn't forces the ball to the TE and he is not the best in the world (don't tell him I said so).

Finally the best way is to recruit a superstar LOT that can move the DE into the CB path and delay the blitz by himself

Good idea, I'll see if I can find one before tomorrow. Just kidding, I actually have to give a lot of credit to my offensive line, as they've given up only 1 sack all season. I think we'll be okay in this game, I just wanted to see if anyone knew a good way to stop this. Again, I appreciate the advice.

At least against this team Set your TE to Med. TE seemed to be open most on that blitz. It is a nice blitz though.

Dont try to go deep on that team. Settle for the short and medium passing game.

Would setting my TE as our QB's favorite target help?

Its only one play, but he's the best option on that route.

I can see that it is Dime CB and LB blitz, but it looks shifted strong-side and cover 1, but looks cover 2 in another one, and medium coverage in at least one. I don't want to prep against this and be overlooking something. Maybe there is a WR option that can work here by changing which one is setup where and sometimes force the pass to TE, or something else. I'm thinking.

Its the same play each time.

With the SS sitting off the LE's shoulder, its Cover 1. With the MLB in between the LE and NT, its a Strong-Shift [I believe ... there may be no shift at all]. With the MLB behind the SS as far as distance to the line of scrimmage, its normal settings [no stack].
