I have an G and been slow building him. Right now he is level 13 and 650 pts towards level 14. To keep him at level 13, I need to get him off of a D League team and keep him from getting too much XP until the end of the season. Since he is a slow build, I have 62 unspent points plus another 15 coming for when I boost upon signing. That will allow me to soft cap at least skills. I also will add CE too.
Again, the key is to keep him from getting to L14 before the season is over so I can get him on a level 13 cap team. It might work best if we sign him to a high level team for a 10 day contract and then cut him after 6 days and resign with a farm team for that same team. PM me if anyone is interested.
