It really depends on your roster and builds. It also depends on your thoughts on using starters or backups. I made a chart for someone else in the forums before and wished I had thought it out better. I will try to make a better one now. Keep in mind my list changes every game as my players builds change all the time. Also the competition changes.

KOS
01 High Speed & tackling. Agility strength & vision are good too. (DEs or LBs)
02 High Speed & tackling. Agility strength & vision are good too. (DEs or LBs)
03 Fill with best available players
04 Fill with best available players
05 I prefer speed here. They can slip by the blockers. (CB, FS or SS)
06 I prefer speed here. They can slip by the blockers. (CB, FS or SS)
07 Gunners Best Speed & tackling. (Usually LBs)
08 Gunners Best Speed & tackling. (Usually LBs)
09 High Speed & tackling. Agility strength & vision are good too. (DEs or LBs)
10 I prefer thestarting ROLB to get him more plays.

KRS
01 High Speed & blocking. good vision & agility. (TEs or fast linemen)
02 High Speed & blocking. good vision & agility. (TEs or fast linemen)
03 High Speed & blocking. good vision & agility. (TEs or fast linemen)
04 Best blockers usually linemen
05 Best blockers usually linemen
06 Best blockers usually linemen
07 Best Blocking & speed has to deal with gunners (FBs or TEs usually)
08 Best Blocking & speed has to deal with gunners (FBs or TEs usually)
09 They always get beat by gunners but can make it up with speed. (WRs or LBs)
10 They always get beat by gunners but can make it up with speed. (WRs or LBs)

Note DEs and DTs can block too on KRS. O-line men can tackle but usually lack the speed needed for KOS.

Hope this helps you get started. I would not use it as a bible for ST as every team is different.

That's well done. I run special teams on three teams, that's pretty close to what I like too. That's worth saving.
