In the system we don't need him to carry the ball or anything like that, I guess the kinda of build I need is a cross between and game manager and a Field General, probably leaning more towards the field General. I started off just terrible then between the team i found out i needed to up my strength so i consolidated my EQ there. I would just like some tips on molding him into I guess more of the field General type!

I would never consolidate equipment on anything other than throwing. Your level 20, you'll have plenty of chances to fix your build, especially if you boost.

It all really depends on what the team expects out of you. I know a QB that is excelling at level 24, with only 38 strength. It's all in how the OC game plans.

You would have an easier time just switching to a game manager build, as you are a little behind on strength for your level. I would switch all my equipment back to throwing, bump vision to 48 next level, and boost confidence to at least 40 to deal with those sack numbers. Also I would talk to who ever is offensively game planning and cut back on deep passes. Your build just doesn't support it.

This is meant with no disrespect, but you really need to focus your attention on confidence. There are tons of quarterbacks in the market for teams, and I'm guessing since you don't have CE you are a non booster. Your options are going to be very limited by this. You'll either have an opportunity to start for a very bad team, running risk of being replaced every season, or settle with a backup job. I'm guessing you'll want to start, so the team your on will probably be bad. You'll need lots of confidence to even put up average numbers.

Basically if you want my input in a nuttshell

#1 put equipment back into throwing
#2 Bring Vision to 48
#3 Bring Confidence to 48
#4 Work on Strength
