I've got my vision up to 38, but have heard to raise it to softcap and see many more sacks.

I just wonder how many honestly raised there's a little and saw big improvement?

I dont think vision is important for Dlineman at all

I dont think it is all that great for defensive lineman.

focus on other abilities.

I'm in the minority I think, but I believe vision is pretty useful for a speed based pass rushing DE currently.

To the others that gave an answer, thanks for the help.

I have Found that vision has helped my DE out alot, he plays LDE and ever since i have brought it up, the hurries and sacks are starting to get up as well.

I'm thinking people are ignoring it because the payoff isn't as easy to see as speed or agility. I'm sure it helps, how much we will never know.

When I got my vision to the first cap I saw my DE start a lot more inside rushing instead of pure edge rushing.

There are no real answers, only successful theories.

And if you really read the threads you would have never needed to make this thread.

Please post a link to a thread where someone has provided PROOF that vision helped boost their production? Like you said, there are only theories.

Everyone is so afraid to share any stat because they think someone else will clone it and make a more successful player. I hope the do realize if it's a crazy build it will take months for them to move everything, get money, and most of the time they are better off retiring the player.

I didn't really start pumping my vision until right before S4 and finished soft capping it sometime earlier this season.

Moar sacks.
