I would never put 100 into punting. I have mine up to the 6 point cap and that's probably as far as I'm raising it. It is so not worth it to try to get up to 100 base.

Mines at 74.37 natural at lvl 16, will probably be high 80s low 90s (without spending any more SP on it) by level 40 depending on how the drop off in automatic points for leveling goes.

69.95 base at level 10. (close to optimal, for being on a team through career). Lets just say 70
82 at level 22
88 at level 30
Not sure how the drop goes from here... Even if it was substantial, level 50 should easily have 100 punting. I'll let you know then

You can't mathematically get 100 until Level 52, and that's with putting EVERYTHING into punting.
