Here is my DT:
Strength: 88.38 Blocking: 16.6
Speed: 48.28 Tackling: 31.38
Agility: 58.38 Throwing: 9
Jumping: 8 Catching: 8
Stamina: 30.89 Carrying: 10
Vision: 25.03 Kicking: 9
Confidence: 14.6 Punting: 9
SAs in PR tree
47231 With custom

He's #2 in hurries this season, but only has 2 sacks. I've heard jumping helps, but I'm not sold on that. What can be done to improve him?

Generally speed is an easy fix for changing hurries into sacks but honestly you need to watch and see what's causing you to not get the QB. Overall though 1. Speed 2. Agility 3. Jumping imo.

Most DT sack machines I've seen only have speed softcapped, so I doubt this is a major factor.

If you know the builds of "sack machines" why don't you just take their build and call it a day?

agility is his biggest issue as it helps with the DT break off blocks quicker allowing the speed to then work.

Speed doesnt help when your being blocked longer.

Stamina is pretty low.

Stamina is fine for his level, he's actually getting more hurries towards the end of games.

I think I might do that.

Agreed. A lot of DT's rely on shed block and agility to get sacks. Strength is more of a run support stat.

I'd move some equipment bonuses to agility to make it even with strength.

Take Agility to 70 and try to get Speed to the 2nd soft cap imo. I didn't really get much production until I got my speed into the mid 50s
