What is the most effective 4-3 defense Vs Strong I HB Off Tackle? That is not woring about the pass at all.

Or what is your favorite?

One that has a LDE who can stop the run.

strong side shift is popular, blitzing the LOLB is supported by some as well.

But really, your LDE and/or NT are your best defesne.

If you don't have the studs you can play Cover 1 (Strong side) and blitz the SS....

LOLB should have enough vision to read the play....

I use 4-1-6 dime, blitz CB 2 and 4.
Cover 0, medium coverage distance.
