How does a team with overall lower lvl players just ok chemistry and awful looking scouting builds pass 100% of the time (no rushes) and wins going 9-1 in a competitive conf. example lvl 20 Q/B with scouting of 25 overall
35 passing
21 rushing-5,276 yds passing 527.6/game 55td's -

what you got oh knowledgeable ones

After looking at their depth chart, I think it's just very good management - they have stud receivers and they've hidden some of their gems further down the depth chart. They also have a stout defense.

The team is better than their scouting report shows.

THe QB is interesting, he probably has high vision+confidence, heavy in the tight spiral or other SAs- skills that make for a consistent performance over raw throwing.

so you think players have to be built to it to be able to apply this to any team, i remember somebody claiming that putting pts into kicking made his w/r run faster than anybody on the field do those loopholes exist and has anybody ever put out info on that? by the way if you own the team were talking about pm me with the secret, I won't tell anyone honest

There have been a few instances of these lower level teams beating higher level teams with massive throwing and it just doesn't make any sense in the replays. I'm curious as well.

Here is a post from someone on a team similar:

Actually, we think there's a lot wrong in the game (QB is just one of them) so we purposely made a QB with such low throwing. His percentage isn't as great as others so throwing does SOMETHING, but he has SAs only in dump pass and on the run, even though we hardly dump pass or run out of the pocket. We have 48 in one attribute, but you can probably guess what that is knowing we have low throwing and looking at the bars (he has around 30SP floating left, we might make him a rusher).

It's true that we force the throw but with his attributes, it's our belief that he should be utterly horrible. Throwing ints, fumbling, getting sacked to all high hell. Basically David Carr =).

So besides for the commentary on the game, we wanted to have a team that's fun to watch and I have to say we look forward to each game because we can't predict what will happen. We could get blown out or blow someone else out. Take example the game we had against Caracas Maracas. I had the most fun watching that game than any other since season 1.

It's the team's belief that the pass game has more to do with the receivers than the quarterback itself with the way coding is working. This leads me to believe that in the future, rushing QBs could be very nasty due to the lack of need for throwing. Our Oline isn't even made for the pass. We have 30 blocking maximum but we have around 70 strength. That was just experimental. We have around 20 floating SP for them.

The team isn't going to boost, we just don't have the money for it. We save it for the main team we have. We have yet to play some really tough teams in the conference, but we definitely look foward to it. I suspect we'll get blown out in the playoffs too although we might try something else funky =). In the end, I'm afraid my friends and I are getting a bit bored with the game and our goal with this team was to bring the fun back. I wish everyone in the league the best of luck but even more importantly I hope they have fun.

Crappy defense is rampant in GLB, IMO. Haven't actually checked the team in question or the league they play in, just an observation.

lol

Okay, I watched a few games.

Nothing strange going on, just some guys who know what they are doing...and a lot of teams that don't.

They would be about a 6-10, maybe 8-8 team in SA A#1. If that.

I knew that team sounded familiar, only I was thinking of their "other team".

Neo Armstrong Cyclone Jet Armstrong Cannon of Southeast Asia Pro:

Lower levels than most other teams in the League, but they've got some great builds and are always a threat to win it all (they've won League Championships in each of the last 3 seasons).
