Jesus... Sell your tackling/strength equipment and stack it on speed immediately. You could also probably move the agility equipment to speed... but having it on agility isn't a complete crime. Soft cap vision, and agility... then work on agility and speed some more. You won't need to worry about strength again for a while, and your tackling should be fine too. Train jumping for like, the next two seasons straight. Confidence after that. If you have boosts, I'd use them now to get your build up to speed.
