1 (1)- Rotterdam Roughnecks 8-1 - Roughneck moved to 8-1 in beating Oslo 40-14. This team looks like its on cruise control and making it look easy. Roughneck have given up only 1 sack all season and own the best points differential in the league and they still have one more gutted team on the schedule in Blind Rage. Player(s) of the game: Roughtneck had a quiet day passing mostly because of the strong efforts on the ground by the their two HBs Brady Smith and Gabriel Knight who combined for 354 yards on 55 carries with four touchdowns.

Next week at Reykjavik Aggies - Roughneck faces a desperate Aggie team thats struggling as of late.

2(2) - Korb Destroyers 8-1 - Dispatched Copenhagen with ease 113-0. Now the real test begins as Korb have the toughest closing schedule in the league. Schedule makers didn't give Korb any break in inter-conference either as they get a rematch with defending league champions Woodridge Lumberjacks. Player of the game: Korb OL which dominated the Cowboys DL.

Next week vs Rivals Mainboard Pimps - Korb's closing schedule is as follows: @ Pimps, vs. Longnecks, @ Aggies, vs. Meatballs, vs. Roughnecks, @ Heat, @ Lumberjacks.

3(3) - Frankfurt Heat 8-1 - Frankfurt's offense wasn't spectacular but it was efficient today. No turnover and moved the ball well enough to beat Stampede with a FG late in the 4th. Frankfurt's OL has given up only 4 sacks all season trailing only the Roughnecks and Destroyers. Player(s) of the game: Frankfurt QBs Jimmy Jimmy Clausen and Randy Livingston who combined for 22 of 34 for 237.5 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions.

Next week at Copenhagen Cowboys - Final tune up for Frankfurt before the stretch run.

4(5) - Stockholm Meatball 7-2 - Moved to 7-2 with a tough physical overtime victory over the Pimps. They will need to continue their good play as they look to secure a home playoff game. Player of the game: Meatball HB Mal Brown whose good running allowed the Meatball to stay with their ground control strategy. He went for 135.5 yards on 26 carries and a touchdown. He also came up with a 28 yards run in OT on 3rd and 10.5.

Next week at PPP Longnecks - Meatballs get more of the same with another physical team in the Longnecks.

5(4)- Rivals Mainboard Pimps 6-3 - This game was very similar to their game against the Longnecks, however it was the Pimps who came out on the short end in OT. The Pimps were outgained on the ground 230.5 to 165. The physical play wore down the Pimps defense and it shows in OT as they allowed the Meatballs to convert on 3rd and 14.5 and then on 3rd and 10.5. Player of game: Good day rushing for Pimps HB Graig Cooper who had 104.5 yards on 17 carries but lost a fumble.

Next week vs. Korb Destroyers, Pimps have one of easier closing schedules with Oslo and Valencia on the plate as well as a fast sinking Paris team. Their next two games against the Destroyers and the Heat will go a long way to determining seeding for the Zeta playoffs.

6(8) - MA Trolls 6-3 - Trolls run their winning streak to 6 games in beating Porto Reconquistas 26-21. The Trolls dominated Porto on ground, out rushing them 208.5 to 50.5. Porto QB Jason Amaya had a decent day passing throwing for 324.5 yards and 3 TDs, however he only completed 52.8 percent of his passes. Player of the game: Trolls HB Jonah Hex who ran for 94 yards on 24 carries and two touchdowns.

Next week at Blind RAGE, Trolls should run their streak to 7 games here.

7(unranked) - PPP Longnecks 5-4 - Wild game against the Aggies. The Longnecks were held in check for 3 quarters and then exploded for 35 points in 4th and won handily 44-28. The 35 points were in part to Aggie mistakes as they cough up a fumble and an interception returned for a touchdown. I think their coaches will make the Aggies run a few extra laps in practice this coming week. Player of the game: Longneck QB Levi Jackson who was 30 of 45 for 286.5 yards for two touchdowns and one interception.

Next week at Stockholm Meatballs - Old AAA # 1 teams renew acquaintances.

8(unranked)- Multiple Scorgasm 5-4 - Dominated Valencia Billy Goats in 61-0 victory. Outgained the Billy Goats 624 to 76 and made life miserable for QB Justin Batty, sacking him 9 times. Player of the game: Multiple QB Adrian Viking who was 32 of 41 for 377 yards with four touchdowns and no interceptions.

Next week vs. Oslo Beserkers, should roll here also. A fairly easy closing schedule has the Scorgasm thinking playoffs.

Bubble Teams

Rohrheim Stampede 5-4 - another narrow defeat have to be frustrating. Fortunately they have a fairly easy schedule the rest of the way, that game against Multiple Scorgasm could be huge.
Porto Reconquistas 4-5 - this team needs to turn it around now, its running out of time.
Reykjavik Aggies 5-4 - have lost two straight and doesn't get easier with the Roughnecks coming to town.

Every team faces teams in that order though. We had that schedule to start the season, hopefully we can stop losing/winning every other game now.

yea but the schedule maker must be messing with us seeing as how we collapse down the stretch last season. but no worries we got it covered this season.

Paris is far from an Alpha cupcake. They already beat the heat in a scrimmage.

Nice job PFDS keep it up, especially with Roughnecks being number one

This might be the first time in a LONG time we got more then 10 wins and a scrape into the playoffs. I'm knocking on wood as I say this so Corey shut the hell up

At least Porto is still on the bubble but we got a lot of cupcakes coming our way soon. Along with some tough matchups.
