Team im about to play avg's about 360ypg rushing and havent been stopped this team runs I formation almost every play 86& of there plays and 80% of there runs are out of this formation. They only throw the ball like 10 times a game, and dont have much success at it. . .Any hints

I dont wanna post what im gameplanning but i wanna see ur thoughts

Shifts. Blitzes, and cover 1/0.

Honestly, if you're talking about the Mounties, I don't like your chances... That is a really solid team that has you dominated at basically every position on both sides of the ball. If you keep it within 30, it's a win for that team.

I dont like my chances either but anyone can beat anyone, i think if i gameplan well enough i could keep it close and they dont gameplan and run the same offense every game

Last game they threw it quite a bit and played pitches a lot. Take that away and you should be able to stop them well enough (stopping the inside/off tackle run is quite some sience of it's own).

Pitches are easy to defend (just check what the successful teams do), pass defense depends on your player builds.
