Does it work better to put running tactics on elusive or both?

I've always run on combo, occasionally using elusive against gutted teams to test the updates. I tested elusive again this morning but it seems to have the same problems (at least for 40 vision)..either you break huge ones (first 2 carries were 112 yds and 2 TDs) or you hesitate for several seconds before running.

Still too much hesitation/confusion when using elusive, at least in my back's case at 40 vision.

I've never really had that problem with the elusive setting on my speed/elusive back, with 35 vision. And he's arguably the best back in my league, 2056 yards at a 13 YPC clip and 40 TDs, as my team's #2 HB.
