thats actually only the second time I've seen it, and the other was fairly recent as well. Its most likely just punters improving hangtime with age though.

There were actually 2 in that game... might be because it's a weak punter in a league high enough to have players outrunning his punts... maybe as we see more speed and hang time kick in, we'll see them more?
