Thought this might be fun for folks, and give me some ideas at the same time. He'll lvl up twice more this season and I'll boost him three times, taking him to lvl 31. Plus +3 SP from intense training (and I'll have 3 more boosts on S6, so if you'd like, spend 43 on him...)

SPD 58.63(48.63)---59.58
AGI 54.54(49.54)---55.79
VIS 55.80(48.80)---57.05
STR 42.5-----------43.75
TCK 34.45----------36.70

JMP 27.92----------29.87
CTC 16.01----------16.96
STA 38.22----------41.47
CON 28.87----------32.12

HH tree: 22235 (+1 from custom)

First column is present attributes (base in parenthesis for EQ), second is projected with auto points and training (training TCK & JMP for one more point, then STA & CON for rest of season).

OK, go. Was thinking of capping STR since it's close, then +5 to CON because it's hard to train, then SPD, with maybe a couple to AGI. Let me know what you think.

Thanks, hope you have fun.

Cap Str, hit the 3:1 caps with Agi/Vis/Spd, then pump Aura as high as it will go. It looks like 23 will be needed for str/agi/vis/spd, then you can get Aura to lvl 6 with the remaining points (1 pt shy of lvl 7). This will also put Snarl at 4, then you'll be a lean, mean, morale-killing machine.

Thanks for the reply, wally, but I'd need a whole lot more SPs than 28 or 43 for that...the #s in (..) are my base stats. The others include EQ. I could get one of SPD/AGI/VIS to the 3:1, for now.

Ah, ok, that's what I get for not listening to LeVar Burton from Reading Rainbow. Ok, spend 22 to cap strength, boost spd/agi as high as possible, then go for level 7 in Aura!

I was hoping you might offer an idea. That's one that crossed my mind, too. Thanks.

SPD 58.63(48.63)---59.58
AGI 54.54(49.54)---55.79 (+8) = 59.79
VIS 55.80(48.80)---57.05 (+6) = 60.05
STR 42.5-----------43.75 (+5) = 48.75
TCK 34.45----------36.70 (training intense +jumping) = 39.70 (roughly estimated)

JMP 27.92----------29.87 (training intense +tackling) = 33.87 (roughly estimated)
CTC 16.01----------16.96
STA 38.22----------41.47
CON 28.87----------32.12

HH tree: 22235 (+1 from custom)

Pass Rusher Abilities:
1-2-4-0-0 (+9)

28 SPs, 7 points by intense training

Further on, I'd take tackling to the first soft cap and agility, vision and strength to the second soft cap (in that order). Some more SA Shed Block might be worth it.

A strong and agile MLB should be hard to block and great defending the run.

Appreciate that. Really its giving you some serious leverage to actually play with your guy.

Since you have 7 equip on vision. . . .
-If you don't like 60 vision, then you could dump off 4-7 equip into speed or agility, giving you something like

75s/55a/55v or
70s/60a/55v or
73s/58a/54v

That way you have options to play with him as you see fit just by moving some equipment. I still would love to see what a 70/55/60v does, of those three possiblities out of the equipment shuffle, I really don't like speed and agility that close in the 70s/60a combo. There just isn't enough top end speed. Its like running third gear into 5500 rpms.

70 speed and 60 agility seems good to me. MLB may benefit from str so I'd probably cap it...I think str seems to help when you're chipped on a blitz, don't need a ton but I don't think MLBs need 80 speed either.

Early on, SPD is the key stat for LB, especially MLB as they can always put themselves into the play. Later builds will need the AGL and STR as well..but speed for a MLB is very important...I have seen my MLB run down CB's...

I think your team is doing something wrong in that case
