I'd softcap tackling. I'd suggest training jumping this entire season. If you're doing intense, I'd recommend the leg press drill. I'd pump up your Super Vision as well.

I think 40/40 on strength/tackling is plenty for a FS. I'd training jumping and confidence and look to pump a few points into Super Vision. Also, I'd look at putting some points into agility. I think agility>>>>>vision, but you'll get differing opinions.
