Week 3:

1) Bayou Bandits - I know my OC is all about "Po' Mouthin'," but it's kinda difficult in this case. The Bandits beat the Predators 51-9, and also beat the Dawg Pound despite fumbling 5 times and throwing an int.

2) Huntsville Rockets - A one loss team, but that loss was 16-17 in week 1. The game was capped off by an interception thrown by Huntsville with 3 minutes left to play.

3) Rochester Dragons - These guys are 3-0, but they've yet to face any real competition.

4) Florida Beach Dogs - Another 3-0 team that hasn't really played any decent opponents yet.

5) Maryland Predators - A solid 2-1 record, but that 1 loss was 51-9.

Not sure where you're at yet) Orlando Soul and Reno Knights. I'd like to wait and see how everything shakes out in the next few weeks. We should know where the Soul stands after their game against the Bandits.

I think your high for not having the dawgpound and Orlando in the top 5.
This is Bayou's year in the East. Might be tough to beat out Philly for the title though.

...of course, I'm talking out of my ass since I havn't been keeping up with all the transactions of all the teams.

actually your right, my projections are that Philly will win against the winner of the East, Bayou/Orlando, one of us will play Philly

I think both of you meant "you're," which is the contraction of the words "you" and "are" not "your," which is a possessive case of the word "you."

I agree with you, I hate to disrespect undefeated teams, but Cleveland is legit even at 1-2. I think they should go somewhere between 11-5 and 13-3. They should get a home playoff game this season. Orlando is a tougher read with a new owner but they still look basically like the same Orlando with a new name. Both teams went 12-4 and finished in the top 5 in the regular season. Orlando beat Cleveland in the regular season, but Cleveland won their playoff match up. Until Florida or Rochester beat them I can't rank them in the top 5, history favors Cleveland and Orlando.

Thanks. We still have a lot of guys that haven't boosted though. Most of them are my guys.

No, I'm just a native English speaker. Just trying to help you out. I know a lot of foreigners play this game, and they have trouble with the language.

Updated after Game 4:

1) Bayou Bandits: Undefeated after facing 3 top tier teams. The next three games should be downhill, but there's always potential for a sleeper upset.

2) Huntsville Rockets: I'd say it's a toss-up between them and Bayou at this point for #1 and #2. With one loss to a team Bayou beat, I've got to put them #2 for now. Huntsville is probably going to need to beat the Bandits since they drew a tough out of conference opponent which could beat them, and the Bandits drew a second tier team.

3) Florida BeachDogZ - I'm not trying to slag an undefeated team, but I'm hesitant to rank them any higher until they play some top tier competition.

4) Orlando Soul: Held up against the Bandits better than Cleveland or Maryland. I'd put you at #3, but my LB only got 1 tackle in that game. I don't appreciate being schemed against. :-)

5) Maryland Predators: Have looked good against some legit teams, but that big loss to Bayou is holding them down. This is possibly a top 4 team at the end of the season.

On the Fence (in no particular order):

Reno Knights: I would like to rank them higher, but that week one loss to Maryland makes me second guess doing so.

Rochester Dragons: Got doubled up by Florida. We'll have to see how they recover down the stretch.

Cleveland Dawg Pound: This is a legit playoff team, but I don't think they're home game material this season.

Potential playoff teams:

Battle Creek Bombers: These guys have a wicked 4 game stretch coming up that should let us know where they stand. Unfortunately, I don't think they come out of it better than 2-2.

Hartford Hustlers: Lost to an unboosted Orlando team. If these guys want to make the playoffs, they're going to have to pick it up.

All comments are welcome. REP YOUR TEAM!

Reno beat Orlando and Cleveland after starting with a loss to Maryland.

Cleveland has a lot of important players that have yet to boost, if they had boosted the Bandits might be 3-1. Plus they only lost by one more point than Orlando.

Maryland's got some depth problems that I think will keep them out of the top 4.

Orlando was unboosted when they played Reno, and Maryland got rolled up decisively by Bayou, so until the Bandits lose a game, anyone who loses or has lost to Maryland is going to suffer in the power-rankings. Cleveland also forced 5 fumbles and had an INT against Bayou, and still couldn't get it done. You'll notice I said, "I'd like to rank them higher." This isn't an overall ranking of where I think everyone is going to shake out at the end of the season. This is based on what's happened so far.

::Edited for clarification of what I meant::

Orlando boosted some players before they played us I'm pretty sure. I know their blocking bar was 48 after nightly training last night and was 51 before kick off today and I want to say their level 32 LB was level 29 last night. Those are the two things I noticed the most. Every season Orlando has played us except last season (when we played in game 1) bucblizzard boosted his players and/or brought in some more players for the game, I think he did the same this season.
