Can FB's use the +fake% on superior EQ?
We don't have any SAs that give a fake chance that I can see, but I found some good boots that are +3agility +3fake%, and they might be the first EQ I buy if FBs can actually use it.

I have been wondering the same thing. I am just waiting for some first step SA gear to refresh. That is what FBs need because i am jealous of the HBs that accelerate through the line.

FBs never do a head fake, so I would say no.

I would guess that FB's can use fakes, just like a HB.
