My RB is an elsuive/speed back as you can see. I've got great acceleration and speed, I just can't seem to make the first guy miss. Any suggestions?

My future plan is to go in a more balanced direction. After I get quick cut and first step to 5, I'm going to soft cap strength and carrying, then add some Power SA's. Right now I'm intense training strength + carrying. Any thoughts?

Juke might help since you have decent agility. Although more agility wouldn't hurt either just so you can make your specials more effective.
