Any tips on this build, he hasn't used any boosts yet this season. Thanks in advance.

Yup. I'm afraid to ask where the equipment is on this guy. I know its not your player. he needs to reassign his equip to speed only and train conf/jump/catch.

Cap agility #1 priority. Speed also because it looks like it isn't capped but I can't be sure because equip isn't specified

I don't know - I'd cap tackling first. Too many LBs get caught up in speed/agility, and while you do need them, tackling and vision should be the first capped. Jumping is also VERY important and should receive more attention. Good luck!

lol, no. You can be level 30 and not "need" tackling soft capped and still regularly make plays. Vision and tackling are useless if you don't have the tools to reach the point of attack. At level 21, 34 tackling is fine. Especially with soft-capped strength. His jumping is fine for the level, but I'd keep training it up until 30-35, at least. Jumping is almost like having another point or two in speed, because it ends up giving you a little more room for error in coverage, when making initial reads on RBs, etc. All around, it gives you a bit more range and versatility... which is something all LBs should strive for.
