My build is open

I don't claim its the best build because I don't get 90 sacks a season but I got 30 last season and think he will have over that this year. I will also open up my other players if anyone wants to look at them.

PS vision and confidence are worthless

thanks for the open...your high blocking is interesting and definitely not the norm for DL. Looks like you got a majority of your sacks in meaningful games.

Why so much into blocking?

You could really improve on that build by sizing down your equipment and dumping a few more points into SAs.

Interesting.... I think I'm still going to stick with my soft capped vision build for my DE and see how that pans out.

I'd be interested in seeing your Guard and HalfBack.

The first thing I noticed is it seems you are too slow. Hurries are a almost sacks and you have lots of those!

I like the build!

Not knocking his DE, but did you even look at the games? He's a solid DE but could use more speed and SAs.

I'll take a sack and a couple hurries aganist the best team in EE pro anyday but like I said he is not the best DE in GLB but I think he is good and the high agility build will help people get sacks and there are a lot of people out there who don't get any

I do like his build though - it's original. I don't like to see all the cookie cutter DE builds that make up 90% of DEs it seems, or at least 90% that post in this forum. Keep doin your thing.

Also - I wasn't attacking your DE, as he must be good to get the ONLY sack and ONLY 2 hurries against the Punishers - just pointing out that the guy who said he gets the majority of his sacks in meaningful games wasn't paying attention.

If YOU paid attention you would realize I made that comment before he played the 6 sack game against a poor opponent. I was looking at the previous season games (as the OP referenced in the orignal post)...where he had 30 sacks and I would judge 19 of those sacks where against quality opponents. Is it a spectacular total?...no...but it is decent and better than many DEs. He had some big games against very good opponents...5 sacks 4 hurries in a loss vs Vilnius (very good team) is very impressive.

But things change every season. Look what happened to Deebo's DE - who was hit by the nerf to strength DEs. You can't really judge a DE on what he did last season. And either way, he had one sack when you posted so you should've waited to see if he would be able to repeat his performance last season.

I would guess this DE is somewhere in the 90th percentile for DEs as far as on field production. Which I judge as a top DE.

Playing in a Pro league with 63 sacks and 133 hurries in 56 games is very good. This DE also seems to get more tackles than most...221 tackles is exceptional.

I do agree with most...a boost in speed into the 70s-80s and he may find himself in the upper echelon of DEs.
