i have a lvl 31 HB with 40 vision and all he does is do a little stutter step when he gets the ball. is there such thing as too much vision?

Yes you have too much vision. Vision is broken and Bort has admitted this. The more vision you have the more of the field you can 'read', but instead of choosing the best place to run your HB sees everyone as a threat so he doesn't know which way to choose, so he stutters. I'm guessing you run on elusive as well?

i usually run on combo but for this game i ran on elusive for some reason. so is there a way i can fix my build or am i just screwed now.

All you can really do is just stick to combo and just hope that someday vision and elusive will be fixed.

Or, although I doubt it would work you try getting vision really high and see if that helps.
