We've tried a lot of things. But our blitzers just charge into the middle of the line and get picked up by an OL...or they start too far back to be effective...etc.

Anyone have an effective blitz play they would be willing to share with me?

I'd be interested in tips such as...do you rotate your LBs to one side...how do you start with your settings...and so forth.

Blitzing in GLB is mostly useful for stopping the run. Shifts help.

Blitzing is also good for confusing low-vision OL.

you need to create mis-matches. Overload one side and so forth.

If you want blitzing to be effective for your team I would suggest recruiting Stan Franklin!

I notice every one of those is a 3 LB blitz. Any way to get 2 LB blitzes to be effective (I want one LB to be able to run around and make plays, if needed).

yeah, set that players blitz % to zero.

3-4 with a weakside shift and a strong fast DE at the ROLB spot. My team has been racking up the sacks.
