Its probably not that accurate but I thought it could get some conversation going on the board anyways. Had to do a little research so just thought I could get the right to post what I found here. First off the formula I used was
Chemistry + #of level 25 and above players signed through day 40 of this season - Inactive players on roster - CPU players on roster + overall rating. Wins and losses will figure in also once the season starts but that is how I based my opinion.
