he is NO.1 SS on my team and leader in Tackles the last 2 seasons with 70+ Tackles.

My goal this year is to bring up my confidence 30.
And what then ???

...then your guy is not the leader in tackles anymore most likely.

Train up confidence, but keep focussing on the important things.

get your tackling to the soft cap, just keep training confidence. increase speed, jumping, and catching

soft cap your tackling and from their dump all the points from your next couple of levels into change direction, supervision, and closing speed
