Going with 3 lineman, are these positions correct:

* Base (3-4-4) - NT DE DE LOLB LILB RILB ROLB CB CB SS FS
* Nickel(3-3-5) - NT DE DE LILB RILB ROLB CB CB CB SS FS
* Dime (3-2-6) - NT DE DE LILB RILB CB CB CB CB SS FS
* Quarter (3-1-7) - NT DE DE RILB CB CB CB CB CB SS FS

Base is fine

Nickel = ROLB/MLB/LOLB (otherwise right)
Dime = ROLB/MLB
Quarter = MLB

Yes, you should populate the MLB spot on the depth chart.
