Some people say you need confidence, others say you dont. Honestly no one knows except Bort. I would compromise and get confidence up to atleast 30 just to make sure. You need confdience anyways so this isnt a waste of points.

From what I have seen posted, DLG will work without a lot of confidence, but does better when you have 30+.
