I knew they were being gutted, but how did it not backfill?

They're probably selling today and it will get filled with CPUs at rollover. If not, have fun. Well, either way, have fun.

On a team that I GM we sold everybody off in order to build up the stadium, take a hit on the season, and then bring everybody back for next season. As soon as we depleted a position it filled in with a CPU player.

I figured all that would happen at rollover to give the owner/GMs time to at least sign some guys. Maybe it's because the CPUs are "mulling over" all the offers I'm sure they have by the new teams? Those Centers would be level 43s at the end of the game. lol

Owner still hasnt sold the team for some reason. Everyone who wanted to go went, and 2 inactives stayed

But as I said, when we sold our players off of the team we just brought in low levs on, as soon as a position was depleted it backfilled automatically.

yea even when i have dropped below 40 players, it auto signed a CPU to make it 40

Looks like they got their CPUs now, Better get my gameplan together then...
