Wondering if anyone had a best-build guide for this type of DT...

Can someone point me in the right direction?

In theory:

Play him at NT.

High strenth.
Soft Cap tackling
Soft Cap confidence
Get D-Line General to 10.

Done.

What about speed and agility?

Do I push strength past the soft cap first, or do I soft cap Strength, tackling, and confidence then go back to strength?

I would like agility in before confidence and after tackling.

Strength to second soft cap yes. Agilty yes. Tackling doesent need to be softcapped until maybe 30ish. Confidence to atleast 30 and D line general high.

You don't need agility to be a run stopping NT!

I say strength to the second soft cap. Agility to the second soft cap. Tackling to the second soft cap. This should take until about level 25 or 26. Put all your equipment into strength.

Train other physical attributes, and don't start pumping SAs until after you have completed soft capping strength, agility, and tacking.

For NT, high agility is good to help avoid being pancaked when double-teamed. I don't know why you would even worry about tackling in the beginning. Your high strength is good enough in the beginning to make tackles. You may add a point here and there, but it doesn't need to be soft-capped to start.

Generally, a good start would look something like strength to 60, agility to 48, strength to 68. You can vary this by going strength to 68 first and then agility to 48, but those are definitely the 2 that I'd start with.

After that it can vary. Speed to 30-35. Confidence 35ish and jack up the DLG SA. Stamina 40+, Vision 30ish.
