What should I set a goal as for these three? 20? 30?

Might help you getting a response if you'd specify your position. As I can see your a K, i'd say consider softcapping agility and get the other two to at least 25 by lvl24, probably could get them to 40 odd by 30.

How many teams have kickers that are as fast as their skill players, strong as their linemen, as confident as their star WR, and as agile as their HB?

Yeah, none. Ridiculous requirements for a position where the dude is usually the shortest, least athletic guy on the team.

Agility and speed is more or less realistic, I can admit that an agile kicker has a smoother kick and speedy kicker impulses an higher velocity to the football.

But jumping ? It's a joke !! What about throwing and blocking ?

Do you think all these three abilities are equivalent or we can assume that jumping is less important than agility and speed ?

Things to do before working on spd/agi/jmp.

#1 - Kicking to +5 cap
#2 - Str/Vis/Conf to +3 cap
#3 - Specials
#4 - spd/agi/jmp

Wouldn't that all just be mechanics of "kicking"? Yes, yes they are. So there is no reason to make kickers as fast as sprinters.

Don't forget throwing. Basically, the more athletic your player is, the better overall. I've theorized in the past that jumping is important for a kicker's leg strength. Obviously, I don't know if this is correct or not. I've training jumping, but can't tell if it helped or not due to the change implemented last season.
