level 10, and I know I screwed up on putting that many points in SA, should I just reitre him, and start over? Or can he be fixed?

He can easily be fixed, he doesn't have too many SA's. Just focus on soft capping speed and agility.

Pretty much, he's alright for a level 10 don't beat yourself up, he'll come along.
