What is the cost in points per level for D-Line General? I have not been able to find the scale anywhere. Any help would be appreciated!

Not sure but I think its goes 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6 or something like that?

That progression should be correct. In order to max D-Line General, you need a minimum tree of 1-2-3-5-10, which costs 56 points in total.

Or, you could go 1-2-3-4-5-9 and just use custom equipment. There is no difference between 10 and 11 in an SA, is there?

Yeah, there is a difference between 10 and 11 with custom equipment. I said there wasn't in another thread and got repeatedly smacked down with the truth .
