im a very active agent (own 14 players, GM 4 playoff teams), will boost every season and have a full custom item
i still have season 4 boosts available (i didnt use them so i can be signed on new teams with level 13 cap) - will use them as soon as i signed up
after the signup he will be level 15 and after the first game he will hit level 16 (therefor i request to start cause as level 16 in a level 13 cap league im not asking for to much i think)
